All RT 9000 doors feature a patent pending 1/8" ABS outer shell forming a 1 7/8" thick panel that will retain its physical properties to -40
The RT 9000 door body is impervious to moisture, acid, petroleum products, animal fats, rodents, insects and salt solutions.
Cores are foamed in place high density non-CFC urethane bonded to the outer shell producing an "R" factor of 12.18
RT 9000 doors are known for their constructions of lightweight yet rugged materials, as well as their ease of maintenance and long service life. This allows them to open easily, operate smoothly and allow for safe, damage-free passage of personnel and equipment.
Perimeter edges are bull nosed with a minimum 5/16" radius to prevent excessive wear on the edges. All RT 9000 are internally reinforced with a welded one piece 1 1/4" steel tube frame along with integrated steel reinforcing at hardware mounting locations. Gaskets keys are molded in place and retain gasketing without the use of screws, rivets or other fasteners. Replacement of gasketing is simple and easily done on site.
Standard single pane 14.5" x 22.5" vision panels to be one 1/4" clear acrylic sheet (Tinted Optional) mounted in a high impact polystyrene frame applied to the door panel, no fasteners shall penetrate the acrylic. Optional double pane 14.5" x 22.5" vision panels to be two 1/8" clear acrylic sheets (Tinted Optional) mounted in a self locking black rubber gasket offset to the face of the door panel. All RT 9000 Insulated Impact Traffic Doors operate on the CMI Low Rise "V" cam gravity hinging system complete with bottom hinge pin assembly.
Optional spring bumpers, impact plates, partial edge gasketing, lower hinge guards and double pane vision panels are all available. All add years to the life of your door without compromising fit or finish.

| Installation & Maintenance |
The RT 9000 Series are conveniently packaged ready to install upon delivery in existing or factory supplied frames. Easy-to-follow instructions along with thread forming fasteners are included in every package.
These require only periodic cleaning with a strong industrial soap or detergent. Regular lubrication of moving parts is also recommended.
A three year hinges system & one year panel warranty against door panel breakage is offered on the RT 9000 Standard Insulated Doors subjected to non motorized cart or pallet jack traffic. All warranties stipulate correct installation and sizing requirements.
Most orders are filled within a 3 or 4 week period. All orders are FOB Winnipeg, MB. Prepaid freight is available at extra cost.
