The CF 9000 corrosion free doors are designed for applications where a single acting man door is required in a corrosive environment.
Good for all pedestrian traffic in a wet or corrosive environment.
All CF 9000 doors feature a patent pending 1/8" ABS outer shell forming a 1 7/8" thick panel that will retain its physical properties to -40°C.
The CF 9000 door body is impervious to moisture, acid, petroleum products, animal fats, rodents, insects and salt solutions. |

Cores are foamed in place high density non-CFC urethane bonded to the outer shell producing an "R" factor of 12.18.
CF 9000 doors are known for their construction of lightweight yet rugged materials, as well as their ease of cleaning and long service life.
Perimeter edges are a BLACK PVC “U” channel all mounted to an internal welded steel perimeter with corner gussets.

Standard single pane vision panels to be one 1/4 " clear acrylic sheet (Tinted Optional) mounted in a foamed in place recessed PVC frame all sealed to the door panel. The clear acrylic sheet is secured in place with a removable PVC bull nose extrusion; no fasteners shall penetrate the acrylic.

The CF 9000 Series are conveniently packaged ready to install upon delivery in existing or factory supplied frames.
These require only periodic cleaning with a strong industrial soap or detergent.
A one-year warranty from date of shipment is offered against manufacturers defects in materials and workmanship. A ten year warranty is offered against degradation or failure due to corrosion provided no unauthorized cutouts or bores are done in the field.
Most orders are filled within a 3 to 4 week period. All orders are FOB Winnipeg, MB. Prepaid freight is available at extra cost.
